Doctor, para obtener sus comentarios referente a un dolor que tiene una mujer de 74 años y se da de la siguiente forma:
-Es un dolor agudo y fuerte, con sensación de ardor e inflamación de la encía inferior y enrojecimiento de la misma.
-Está localizado en toda la encía inferior, pero con mayor severidad en la posición donde estaban ubicados los colmillos y de ahí se irradia hacia la parte frontal de la encía y es un dolor permanente.
-El dolor lo produce las alteraciones nerviosas, producto de preocupaciones como salir a hacer compras a las tiendas, como problemas familiares, como la caída de una nieta y otras más.
-Este dolor sólo se alivia cuando la persona está dormida y logra hacerlo, utilizando medicamentos antidepresivos.
-Se inició hace 24 años, dándole picazón en la encía inferior en la base del diente y este se aflojaba y tubo que extraer uno a uno, cada uno de los dientes sin tener infección ni caries en ninguna de las piezas.
-A esta mujer llamada Olimpia, la han tratado varios odontólogos, neurólogos y en Oro facial de un hospital central del país, y le han indicado que la encía no tiene ningún problema y que no encuentran la causa del porqué del dolor y no le dan ningún tratamiento y para ello le han hecho radiografías, tac y uno de los odontólogos le hizo abertura de la piel que cubre el hueso de la encía y no encontró ningún daño en ella.
-Como le decía antes, el dolor se inició cuando la persona tenía 50 años de edad y hoy tiene 74 años y continua con el dolor.
– Doctor le escribo con el fin de obtener su respuesta referente a la línea de tratamiento a efectuarle a la señora en cuestión y lograr por medio de algún examen, detectar su padecimiento.

Doctor, for your comments regarding pain that has a 74 year old woman and is given as follows:
-Is the pain sharp and strong, with burning sensation and swelling of the lower gum and redness of it.
-It is located across the lower gum, but with greater severity in the position where the teeth were located and then radiates to the front of the gum and is in constant pain.
The pain is produced by nerve disorders, due to concerns like going shopping at stores such as family problems, such as dropping a granddaughter and others.
-This pain is only relieved when the person is asleep and fails to do so, using antidepressant medications.
He started 24 years ago, giving the lower gum itch at the base of the tooth and it becomes loose and had to remove one by one, each of the teeth without caries or infection in any of the pieces.
-A woman named Olympia this, have tried several dentists, neurologists and Gold facial central hospital in the country, and have indicated that the gum has no problem and see no reason why the pain and do not give no treatment and so we have x-rays, CT and one of the dentists made opening in the skin that covers the bone and gum found no harm in it.
-As I said before, the pain began when the person was 50 years old and today is 74 years old and continues with the pain.
– Doctor I am writing to get your answer regarding the line of treatment to be made to the lady in question and get through an exam, to detect their condition.
